Guruji called two of his disciples and asked them to arrange some fragrant candles in the room along with some flowers. He was thankful to his secret client for all the money and not to forget this soothing, young and fresh beauty ‘Kashish’. He had been observing Kashish in the Kothari mansion for long. She was doe eyed, subtle, kind and so submissive. Everyone in the Kothari family trusted him, except for this girl Kashish. Yes, Anurag and Aavish did not like Guruji much, but they never disrespected him. But Kashish would try and avoid Guruji as much as she could. Sometimes when Guruji would give the offerings and tilak, Kashish would make lame excuses and would never come near him. Kashish had become Guruji’s craze. He had to feel her once, touch her once and look at destiny, his client arranged everything.

Abhay went to the address which Sumitra had given to Anurag. This is where Kaamini stayed. Abhay knocked at the door. Kaamini opened the door and asked rudely, ‘Who are you? What do you want?’ Abhay smiled and said, ‘Sumitra Kothari has sent me to give you some money. Can I come in?’ Kaamini beamed and said, ‘Oh yes. Please come in.’ Kaamini then made Abhay sit comfortably on the couch in the living room. Abhay said, ‘Sumitra ma’am asked if you are comfortable or not.’ Kaamini said in a servile tone, ‘Everything is fine. Just that I bought a tiny new house with the money Sumitra Ma’am gave. So, I need some more money for my survival. You know 30 lakhs is never enough in today’s expensive world.’ Abhay nodded and said pensively, ‘Yes 30 lakhs is too less. She realised that and hence sent me.’ Kaamini then looked around and asked softly, ‘So how much has she sent? I don’t see any bag with you.’ Abhay smiled and said, ‘No, this time she has sent a cheque.’ Kaamini said surprised, ‘Cheque? She usually sends me cash. She had told me she does not do much bank deals. Nevermind, cheque is also okay.’ Abhay then took out a cheque, gave it to Kaamini and said, ‘Sumitra Ma’am also sent some money for your niece. Around 50000 rupees. I have to hand it over to her. Where is she?’ Kaamini looked at Abhay blankly and said, ‘What are you talking about? Kashish would be with Sumitra maám. She never came with me. Wait a min! Is my niece okay? Where is she?’

While Abhay was talking with Kaamini, he had connected to a conference call through his mobile phone in his pocket, with Mushtaque and Anurag. Mushtaque and Anurag heard the entire conversation. Anurag was listening to the entire conversation with his headphones on. Sumitra was sitting on the corner of the bed sobbing. As Anurag heard the entire conversation, his jaw tightened, his eyes became red, a hot flush of air brushed his face. He clenched his fist, looked at his mom with hatred and anger and asked intensely, ‘Where is Kashish?’ Sumitra looked at Anurag bewildered. Anurag looked at Sumitra with rage cold eyes and said, ‘Sumitra Kothari, I am asking you something.’ Sumitra shivered and cried. Anurag said, ‘Don’t test my patience.’ Sumitra cried and sat on the floor and cried hysterically, ‘Whatever I did, I did it for you my son. I did not want you to suffer after your marriage.’ Anurag knelt down, held Sumitra’s shoulder and asked with his blood shot red eyes gazing at Sumitra’s eyes, ‘What did you do with Kashish?’ Sumitra wept and said, ‘G…G…Guruji had said, there was a “dosh” in your horoscope, because of which your wife will die. Hence….it was…..it was important for someone else to be married to you before you got married to Tanaya, or else Tanaya’s life would have been at risk. So…. so..’ Anurag said coldly, ‘So Kaamini sold Kashish and you paid Kaamini 30 lakhs! Where is Kashish?’ Sumitra broke down and said, ‘She was at Guruji’s ashram after the wedding. I….I….don’t know if because of your “dosh” she is ….’. Anurag replied with tears in his eyes and anger on his face, ‘Dead, right? You got her into a fake wedding with me at Guruji’s behest?’ Anurag got up and rubbed his forehead with his hand. With hatred and anger dripping from his face and eyes for Sumitra, Anurag stormed out of the house, took the car and drove to Guruji’s ashram. Anurag called Mushtaque and asked him to come to Guruji’s Ashram.

Abhay told Kaamini, ‘I will be back in sometime. I need to make a call.’ Kaamini kept looking at the cheque. She smiled at Abhay and said, ‘Why don’t you give me Kashish’s cheque. Once I hear about her from Sumitra Ma’am, I will give it to her.’ Abhay gave her one more cheque. Kaamini never knew that these cheques were all fake. Abhay took Kaamini’s leave. Kaamini happily closed the door and smiled at the cheques. Abhay called a female colleague of his and asked her to come to Kaamini’s home with an arrest warrant.

Mushtaque rushed to Guruji’s ashram. He had all the call details of Guruji. And what was surprising was, that one person who was constantly in touch with Guruji was not in touch with Sumitra over calls. Probably Sumitra had no clue that this person was the one who hatched this entire plot. And in the list of blocked members in Kashish’s friend list, this person was there.

A disciple came to Kashish’s room. The disciple rudely threw a bag at Kashish. The bag had a bar of soap, a bottle of shampoo, some moisturiser, a comb, lingerie and a satin night gown. He told Kashish to take a shower and wear the clothes in the bag. Kashish took the bag and went to the bathroom. The disciple yelled at her and said, ‘Hurry up!’ 15 minutes later the disciple came back. Kashish was not out of the bathroom as yet. He banged on the door but no reply. A pool of blood oozed out of the bathroom.
